This very recently renovated in 2024 and completely refurbished flat is located on the third floor and can be accessed via a communal entrance and staircase. You enter the living room which features a seating area with smart TV and a separate sound box which can be connected to your own device via Google home. There is a free Netflix subscription available as well as free WiFi throughout the flat. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, sink and towel radiator. Towels for the bathroom are included in the rental. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200) and French doors to the sunny balcony and the other bedroom can be furnished with 2 single beds (90x200) to suit your needs. Bed linen is included in the price. There is a spacious kitchen with access to the balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and induction hob. Pets are unfortunately not allowed.
